Glutathione Super antioxidant

By Ian Mcgregor

We all know about how antioxidants are good for us and we should be eating more blueberries, acai, green tea and other foods high in antioxidants, but what a lot of people do not know is that there is a "Super Antioxidant" called Glutathione.

Which is more powerful than any of the others, in fact without Glutathione all other antioxidants struggle to work effectively.

So where can we get Glutathione?

Wel our own bodies produce it, but production reduces about 10% every 10 years once we hit the age of 20.

The other unfortunate problem is we cannot take glutathione as a supplement as is cannot survive the digestive system, injection is out as well as the glutathione molecule cannot pass through the walls of our bodies cells where it is needed as it is too big.

So what is the answer, go back to how it is actually produced in the body and help your own body produce it for itself.

The main things needed for the body to produce it's own Glutathione (including within the cells them selves)are 3 simple amino acids

cysteine,
glutamic acid,
and glycine

Taking these amino acids along with some other minerals to help the body adsorb them more effectively and the body can increase it's production damatically and measurably.

So what benefit is increasing our glutathione levels?

Basically increasing glutathione levels will allow the body to clear out all the free radicals, heavy metals and other problem chemicals in the body and allow the body to work as it is supposed to...

There are many reports of amazing results from glutathione increase, but all of them really link back to getting the body to work correctly after being "bogged down" by various poisons.
